KIM? Contemporary Art Centre invites to the opening of three exhibitions on Friday, April 1, at 7:00 p.m.
Michael Dean's (UK) solo exhibit “The Colour of Public”.
"Valoda mākslā / Two Occasions". Fig. 7 - Konkrēti piemēri - Exhibition curated by Egija Inzule. Exhibited works by Ei Arakawa (Japan/USA), Nicholas Gambaroff (USA/Germany), Jay Chung (Korea/Germany) & Q Takeki Maeda (Japan/Germany), Gerry Bibby (Australia/Germany), Chris Kraus (USA), Nick Mauss (USA/Germany), Bernadette Corporation (USA), MAY (France).
"grow_ability" - Exhibition organized by RIXC, The Centre for New Media Culture. Exhibited installations by swedish artist Erik Sjödin; Latvian artists and culture researchers Signe Pucena, Uģis Pucens, Ieva Vītola (Interdisciplinary Arts Group SERDE) and Aigars Lielbārdis (LU LFMI LFK, LU HZS); RIXC (Raitis Šmits, Rasa Šmite, Mārtiņš Ratniks).

In April kim? invites to attend two significant events: on April 6 a lecture held by French art critics and theoreticians Benjamin Thorel and Catherine Chevalier (MAY); on April 21 a lecture by Maria Fusco (UK), the editor of “The Happy Hypocrite”.
